Minimum service visit: Our minimum cleaning appointment is $150 for apartments and $180 for houses. We provide all equipment and carefully selected professional cleaning products.

With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, we know how to clean efficiently without cutting corners. Our experience, routine and cleaning techniques help us work quickly while still paying attention to the details that matter.

We clean as a couple

You work directly with Mark & Agnes. We do not send rotating crews or unknown workers into your house.

First cleanings may take longer

The first visit often requires more time because we bring the house to a better maintenance standard for future cleanings.

What affects the final price?

Size of the house

Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, stairs and the number of floors all affect the time needed.

Condition of the house

A well-maintained house usually takes less time than a house that needs a deeper first cleaning.

Frequency of service

Weekly or bi-weekly cleanings are usually easier to maintain than occasional or one-time cleanings.

Special requests

Inside appliances, heavy buildup, extra bathrooms, pet hair, move-out cleaning, or detailed areas may require more time.
