First-time, one-time, move-in and move-out cleanings are usually much harder to estimate in advance.

First-time cleanings, one-time cleanings, move-in cleanings, and move-out cleanings are billed at $50 per hour per person — $100 per hour for both Mark & Agnes working together.

This rate helps cover travel time, carefully selected professional cleaning products, and all cleaning equipment and supplies that we provide for every appointment.

It is often very difficult to accurately estimate the total cost of a cleaning service before seeing the home in person. Homes of similar size may require completely different amounts of work depending on many factors, including the number of residents, pets, overall condition of the home, level of clutter, bathrooms, flooring type, and the amount of detail requested.

For example, one home may be occupied by a single person, while another home of the same size may be occupied by a large family with children and pets. The amount of work required can vary significantly from one home to another.

Because of this, we usually provide a fixed recurring price for weekly or biweekly cleaning service only after the initial cleaning visit, once the home's maintenance needs and expected workload become more predictable.

Minimum first-time cleaning visit: Our minimum service charge is $180 and includes up to approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes of cleaning by both Mark & Agnes.
