Cleaning costs depend on the condition of the house and the overall scope of work — especially during the first visit. After the initial cleaning, we can set a fixed price for recurring service once the workload becomes predictable.
For first-time or one-time cleanings, we charge $45 per hour per person.
The minimum charge is $135 for up to 1.5 hours — usually enough time to clean most apartments. Average house cleaning prices typically range between $180–$225, depending on the size and condition of the house.
Our rate covers not only the cleaning itself, but also travel, professional equipment, carefully selected cleaning products, and all additional business operating costs.
We can provide a rough estimate based on square footage and the number of rooms, however the final recurring price is confirmed after the first visit.
